The sequence of activities<\/strong> needed to deliver a product or service to a Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples<\/strong>: manufacturing a product, fulfilling an e-commerce order, admitting and treating a patient, providing a loan, or delivering a professional service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Development Value Streams<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sequence of activities<\/strong> needed to convert a business hypothesis into a technology-enabled Solution that delivers Customer value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Examples<\/strong>: designing and developing a medical device, developing and deploying a CRM system, and building an eCommerce web site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Solution is a product, service, or system delivered to the Customer, whether internal or external, to the Enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
